Evaluation and classification of collectives and individuals belonging to the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies in 2025

On the afternoon of December 9, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies held a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to evaluate and classify the quality of collectives and individuals under the Party Committee in 2025. Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies chaired the meeting.

Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Hau Minh Loi, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ha Trung Kien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Le Hong Trang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies.

According to the self-assessment results and recommendations for quality classification of the executive committees, party cells, and party committees directly under the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, out of 12 units (11 party committees, 1 party cell), 11 party cells and party committees were classified as excellent, and 1 party committee was classified as completing its tasks well.

Regarding the self-assessment results of the leadership team, advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee, out of 4 self-assessment agencies, 1 agency completed its tasks excellently, 3 agencies completed its tasks well.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Kim Dung agreed with the content of the submissions of the Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the review reports of the branches, party committees, collectives and individuals.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee objectively and practically evaluate the performance results of the tasks of the Party Committees, Party cells directly under the Party Committee, the leadership collective, the supporting staff agencies and individuals under the management of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee as a basis for voting, evaluating and classifying objectively and accurately.

Head of the Party Organization Committee Nguyen Thanh Trung presented the evaluation and classification reports at the Conference.

After discussing and contributing opinions, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies voted by secret ballot to select 3 collectives that excellently completed their tasks, 9 collectives that well completed their tasks; voted to select 1 collective leadership and staff agency to excellently complete their tasks and 3 collective leadership and staff agencies to well complete their tasks; voted to select 1/6 individual comrades under the management of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to excellently complete their tasks, 5/6 comrades to well complete their tasks.

Delegates gave their opinions on the contents presented at the Conference.

The Party Committee Standing Committee unanimously proposed that competent authorities classify the Party Committee as having excellently completed its tasks in 2025.

At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies also gave opinions on the work of rotation, transfer, and reception of incoming and outgoing cadres of the Party Committee and the political standards of appointed and transferred party members to positions of agencies under the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies.
