On February 10, the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police announced a list of cars violating traffic safety order from January 1 to January 31, detected through the monitoring system.
Vehicle owners whose names are on the list can look up violation information on the Traffic Police Department's website: www.csgt.vn or contact the Traffic Command and Traffic Light Control Team - Hanoi Traffic Police Department (54 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, phone number 0692196440), or contact the Traffic Police - Order Team, district police where permanent residence is registered for handling.
From January 1 to January 31, the national Traffic Police force detected and handled 327,349 cases, revoked driving licenses and professional certificates of 27,820 cases; deducted points from 28,762 driving licenses; and temporarily detained 1,823 cars and 93,766 motorbikes.
Compared to the previous period, the number of fines decreased by 48,160 cases. Of which, violations of alcohol concentration decreased by 10,484 cases; speeding violations decreased by 1,545 cases; drivers on the road with drugs in their bodies decreased by 161 cases; violations of overloading, oversizing, and extending the body of the container decreased by 3,564 cases; carrying more people than the prescribed number decreased by 2,299 cases.
Violations of road sections and lanes decreased by 5,097 cases; failure to comply with traffic light signals decreased by 2,957 cases; failure to comply with traffic controllers' signals decreased by 127 cases; helmet violations decreased by 10,362 cases...
