List of collectives and individuals in the health sector proposed to be awarded the title of Labor Hero, First, Second and Third Class Labor Medal

Pursuant to Clause 5, Article 84 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation dated June 15, 2022; Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government regulating decentralization and delegation of powers in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation regarding the public announcement of the list of collectives and individuals proposed for commendation.

After the time of posting on the media (10 working days), the Ministry of Health requests the unit to synthesize the opinions of the People (if any) and send them to the Department of Organization and Personnel for synthesis and reporting to the Emulation and Reward Council of the Ministry of Health.
