Regarding the progress of construction packages, 94.365/196.952 billion VND has been implemented, reaching 47.9%. Of which, Trung Giang Community Beach has an implementation value of 32.607/83.046 billion VND; Gio Hai Commune Community Beach has an implementation value of 26.077/34.207 billion VND; Cua Viet Beach has an implementation value of 14.689/24.284 billion VND; Cua Viet Tourist Port has an implementation value of 22.135/46.024 billion VND.
The current problem of the project that threatens to affect the progress is that there are 24 households with shops operating on land managed by the People's Committee of Trung Giang commune and leased land by the government for business, of which 6 households still have land lease contracts until 2024 and 18 households have expired land lease contracts.
Currently, the 24 households mentioned above have not agreed with the government's plan to support, dismantle, and relocate assets to serve the site clearance work. There are 4 households affected by the Cua Viet Tourist Port project that have not agreed with the compensation and support plan.

Inspecting the actual construction progress of 4 items, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam emphasized: This is a project to develop marine tourism, serve livelihoods, improve people's lives and use loan capital with regulations on loan repayment period.
Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the progress according to plan, ensure regulations on borrowing capital and promptly put into operation in the 2024 sea tourism season. In particular, local authorities need to actively coordinate with departments and branches to speed up the site clearance progress.
For 24 households in Trung Giang Community Beach, it is necessary to propagate and mobilize people to strictly comply with legal regulations on land, site clearance, and consensus to implement the project on schedule; implementation plan in the direction of State support.
Construction units need to concentrate vehicles, machinery, equipment and human resources, develop construction plans for areas with clean ground and security forces.
Regarding the perspective and design of green trees in construction projects, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam requested the consulting unit to focus on the goal of greening and limiting concrete; the green tree design must be divided into at least 3 levels including high, medium and close to the sea level.
In which, for tall trees, choose coconut trees; for medium-sized trees, choose casuarinas and white bougainvillea; for trees close to the sea, choose morning glory to reduce sand drift and sand cover.
Coconut trees are planted along the routes from the pier to the town and the connecting route from Cua Viet Beach - Gio Hai Beach. In particular, focus on designing and building check-in points to attract tourists; fully design and evenly distribute the beaches.
