The work of collecting certificates and land user information has achieved positive results. To date, localities have collected more than 161,000 records, reaching more than 70% of the assigned target. Data entry into the system has been accelerated with more than 125,000 certificates entered and more than 25,000 certificates updated to the national database.
At the same time, the work of synchronizing data between the local and central systems continues to be accelerated. Up to now, Bac Ninh has synchronized more than 1.2 million land plots, of which nearly 297,000 plots have been cleaned, more than 896,000 plots have had their information verified. The land data system is connected and shared with the province's Public Service Portal and the electronic tax system, ensuring safety and smoothness.
Over the campaign period up to now, many communes and wards have achieved and exceeded the set targets such as: Tan Dinh, Tan An, Quang Trung, Hop Thinh, Canh Thuy, Hoang Van, Que Vo and Yen Phong. However, there are still some localities with slow progress such as: Xuan Luong, Cao Duc, Trung Kenh, Lien Bao, Gia Binh, Van Mon, Phu Khe.
The cause was determined to be that some communes lacked specialized human resources, scanning equipment, and inconsistent software; while commune-level land officials were juggling multiple tasks, leading to delays in collecting and entering data. In addition, many people's files were mortgaged at banks or certificates were lost.

Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Manh Lan emphasized that the campaign to "enrich and clean up" the national land database is a key task, of great significance in the State management of land and the construction of the province's digital data platform. The results achieved in recent times demonstrate the great efforts of all levels, sectors and localities.
However, progress in some communes and wards is still slow, data quality is uneven, requiring stronger participation and more responsibility from grassroots leaders.
He requested localities to concentrate, mobilize maximum resources, and complete the assigned deadline. Communes and wards that have completed 100% of the target must urgently prepare a campaign completion report before November 15, 2025; units that have achieved over 80% of the target must complete scanning, entering form 01, and report the summary before November 20, 2025; localities with less than 50% must speed up and closely follow the instructions of the Branch of the Land Registration Office to complete the entire volume before November 20, 2025.
The Land Registration Office must review and compare data; focus on guiding and urging communes and wards with low rates.
He requested the Provincial Police to direct the Commune Police to coordinate with localities to effectively carry out the campaign.
