To help amateur arts groups and clubs develop.

The activities of the intergenerational club in Chinh Dai village, Nga An commune, have promoted the development of the commune's arts and culture movement.

Established in 2014 with 12 members, the intergenerational club of Chinh Dai village (Nga An commune) has now attracted more than 30 members. Over the years, the club has not only practiced performing arts to serve the local political agenda but has also actively passed on traditional Cheo folk songs to the younger generation. In addition, the club has also composed and performed many artistic performances to raise awareness among the people, thereby creating a ripple effect and positively impacting community actions.

Ms. Vu Thi Hoi, Head of the Intergenerational Club in Chinh Dai village, said: "The club's activities not only help members satisfy their passion for singing, improve their health and spirits, but also unite people to encourage each other to overcome difficulties and develop the economy . In particular, the club always aims for the most important goal: serving the local political agenda and improving the spiritual life of the people."

Recognizing that culture is both the foundation and the inherent resource and strength, playing a regulating and guiding role in sustainable development, Nga An commune has effectively established and maintained various teams and clubs. They have actively promoted and encouraged talented individuals in the arts to participate in these teams and clubs, according to their individual skills. Currently, the commune has nearly 30 cultural and artistic teams and clubs operating regularly. These teams and clubs have staged numerous artistic performances to promote the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws. Through these activities and exchanges, members have more opportunities to meet, strengthen solidarity, and support each other in life.

In Co Lung commune, to promote the development of mass cultural and artistic activities, the commune always focuses on innovating and improving the quality of activities of cultural and artistic teams and clubs. Currently, all 22 villages in the commune have cultural and artistic teams and clubs, attracting a large number of people from all walks of life to participate in regular activities.

Mr. Bui Van Tung, Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Department of the Co Lung Commune People's Committee, said: "In recent times, the activities of the commune's art troupes and clubs have contributed to improving the spiritual life of the people in the area, creating momentum for the comprehensive and sustainable development of the locality. Many art troupes and clubs have actively practiced performances that reflect the unique cultural identity of the ethnic groups, to serve the needs of tourists visiting and experiencing the area. This not only improves the quality of the art troupes and clubs' activities but also promotes the development of the art movement, advertises the beauty of the culture and people of Co Lung, and attracts tourists."

Currently, villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods throughout the province have established performing arts teams and clubs. These organizations not only effectively serve the local political agenda and meet the artistic needs and creative aspirations of the people, but also contribute to preserving and promoting traditional values. To maintain and improve the quality of their activities, many localities in the province have proactively provided financial support for purchasing costumes and props, and offered timely material and moral encouragement to members. Simultaneously, they have collaborated with relevant agencies to organize training courses to enhance performance skills and increase the appeal of their artistic performances.

Ms. Trinh Thi Minh, Head of the Department of Culture and Family Management (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism), said: To ensure that performing arts teams and clubs operate regularly and effectively, localities need to focus on training and nurturing passionate and talented individuals to act as "leaders," ready to dedicate themselves and gather members to participate. Attention should be paid to mobilizing all resources to support funding and purchasing training equipment; arranging fixed, safe locations to facilitate training for team and club members. Emphasis should be placed on improving the knowledge and performance skills of team and club members to increase their attractiveness and meet the demands of the people. Regularly organizing competitions, festivals, and cultural exchanges at all levels will inspire enthusiasm among members, create opportunities for teams and clubs to interact, learn, and improve their performance skills.
