
Chairman of the Association According to Nguyen Van Qua, Chairman of the Association for the Support of People with Disabilities, the Poor, and the Protection of Children's Rights in the province, giving Tet gifts is one of the six key programs of the Association that has been maintained since its establishment. For the Lunar New Year of the Horse in 2026, the Executive Committee of the Association has set a plan to mobilize and distribute 5,000 gift packages to disadvantaged households, poor households, people with disabilities, and orphaned children.
Besides the "traditional" benefactors, there are also businesses and philanthropists participating for the first time, with the number of organizations registering to donate Tet gifts this year increasing from 5,000 to nearly 7,000. Notable examples include: the Charity Committee of Thien Lam - Go Ken Pagoda (1,800 gifts), the Management Board of the Ba Mountain Pagoda system (1,400 gifts), Tan Ngoc Luc Co., Ltd. (1,300 gifts), Dinh Khue Co., Ltd. (876 gifts), and Hung Diep Private Enterprise (700 gifts).

From January 25, 2026, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Association for the Support of People with Disabilities, the Poor, and the Protection of Children's Rights, in coordination with local authorities and sponsoring units, organized the distribution of gifts to the people. To date, 100% of the donated gifts have been delivered directly to disadvantaged families in more than 30 communes and wards in the province, enabling people to have better conditions to celebrate the new year happily.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, born in 1970, residing in Xom Thap hamlet, Thanh Binh commune, is a disabled person with no family of her own, living with her younger brother who works in agriculture. Ms. Tam said she was very happy to be notified by the local authorities to receive the gifts, which included all the necessary items, and especially appreciated the care and sharing from the Association and benefactors towards people with disabilities.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim, 82 years old, residing in Hoa Hoi commune, shared that receiving gifts during Tet (Lunar New Year) made the people here very happy. Partly because it provided them with more food for a more fulfilling holiday, and partly because it showed concern from all levels of government, organizations, and philanthropists for those households in need, which warmed her heart.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Khue, Director of Dinh Khue One-Member Limited Company, shared that the company's perspective is to effectively implement social welfare programs to help the business stabilize its workforce, enhance its reputation, create a favorable business environment, and lay the foundation for sustainable business development, contributing to spreading positive values among employees and the community.
With that perspective, for many years, Dinh Khue One-Member Limited Liability Company has regularly allocated funds from its welfare budget to organize many meaningful social welfare programs such as: awarding scholarships and providing learning materials to poor students who overcome difficulties; providing healthcare for women; and donating breeding cows to help poor women develop their family economies . In 2025, the company plans to carry out social welfare activities in localities throughout the province worth more than 3 billion VND.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Khue stated that during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2026, in addition to caring for the company's employees, the unit allocated over 500 million VND from its welfare fund to present 867 gifts to disadvantaged households, the elderly, the visually impaired, and victims of Agent Orange/dioxin in six communes: Tan Phu, Tan Chau, Tan Hoi, Tan Dong, Tan Hoa, and Tan Thanh, as well as to grassroots activists: Farmers' Association, Women's Association, Front Committee, militia forces, security and order teams, and young people selected for military service in Hamlet 2, Tan Thanh commune.

During the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2026, the Association In Tay Ninh province, the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities, the Poor, and Children's Rights, chaired by Nguyen Trong Dam, mobilized the Thien Tam Fund - Vingroup Group to donate 200 gift packages, totaling 120 million VND, to vulnerable people.
Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trong Dam acknowledged the efforts of the Tay Ninh Provincial Association for the Support of People with Disabilities, the Poor, and the Protection of Children's Rights in mobilizing businesses and philanthropists inside and outside the province to cooperate with the Association in caring for people in difficult circumstances and vulnerable groups so that everyone can celebrate a joyful and warm Tet holiday.
