The appraisal council voted and proposed that the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province recognize 2 more communes meeting NTM standards, 8 advanced NTM communes, and 5 model NTM communes.
On the morning of August 26, the Appraisal Council reviewed and proposed recognition of communes meeting NTM, advanced NTM, and model NTM standards, and proposed communes meeting NTM standards in 2023. Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Linh chaired the meeting. Also attending were Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Tran Nhat Tan, Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong - Director of the Provincial Police Department, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thang - Commander of the Provincial Military Command. |
Mr. Nguyen Van Viet - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief of the Provincial New Rural Area Coordination Office reported the appraisal results for communes proposed for recognition of meeting the standards of new rural areas in 2023.
In 2023, the districts proposed to appraise, consider and recognize 30 communes meeting the standards of new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, and model new rural areas. Of which, it is proposed to appraise, consider and recognize 2 communes meeting the standards of new rural areas, 22 communes meeting the standards of advanced new rural areas, and 6 communes meeting the standards of model new rural areas.
Through the appraisal records and the results of public satisfaction surveys, provincial council members focused on discussing and evaluating the level of standard achievement of localities.
The council proceeded to vote.
At the meeting, council members voted and proposed the Provincial People's Committee to recognize 15 communes meeting the standards of New Rural Area, Advanced New Rural Area, and Model New Rural Area in 2023.
Of which, 2 communes Huong Lam and Huong Lien (Huong Khe) meet the NTM standards.
8 communes: Ky Thu (Ky Anh district), Thach Kenh, Viet Tien (Thach Ha), Vuong Loc (Can Loc), Quang Vinh, Truong Son (Duc Tho), Ky Ha (Ky Anh town), Cam Due (Cam Xuyen) meet advanced NTM standards.
Five communes including Cam Vinh (Cam Xuyen), Lam Trung Thuy, Yen Ho, Thanh Binh Thinh (Duc Tho), Ky Chau (Ky Anh district) have achieved model new-style rural standards.
Previously, according to the consultation process, the satisfaction rate of people in all communes was guaranteed according to regulations.
