Delegate Tran Khanh Thu ( Hung Yen Delegation) said,   Currently , according to the provisions of the Law on Prices No. 16/2023/QH15; At Point d, Clause 4, Article 3 stipulates: "Prices of medical examination and treatment services are implemented according to the provisions of the law on medical examination and treatment" .   Clause 4, Article 21 of the current Law on Prices stipulates: The list of goods and services priced by the State, the form of pricing, and the authority and responsibility for pricing are specified in Appendix 2 attached to this Law. The economic and technical characteristics of goods and services on the list of goods and services priced by the State shall comply with the provisions of relevant laws; in cases where there are no regulations, the Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees shall   Provincial level is responsible for issuing according to authority.
