The 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival is jointly organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Culinary Association and the People's Committee of Binh Phu Ward (old District 6).

It can be said that this is a rare occasion that Binh Phu park area organizes a large-scale vegetarian festival that lasts for a long time, from October 31 to November 4.

The organizers said the festival is an opportunity for people to discover , experience and enjoy many unique vegetarian dishes.

In addition, they also learn about clean products, ingredients, and foods of plant origin, which are safely processed, nutritious, contributing to improving health and spreading a green lifestyle.

Besides the booths introducing vegetarian ingredients and foods, the vegetarian cuisine area is also a place that attracts a large number of visitors.

In the heart of Binh Phu's lush green park, chefs light fires to serve diners hot dishes.

Vegetarian dishes are very diverse, suitable for many people's needs. Soup dishes include Soc Trang noodle soup, Thai noodles, duck noodles, crab noodles, noodle soup, beef noodles, rice noodles...

Grilled dishes, dried dishes with beef wrapped in betel leaves, grilled spring rolls, pancakes, banh khot, spring rolls, vermicelli with soy sauce, mixed Quang noodles...

Ms. Thanh Truc, living in Binh Phu apartment building, said that she usually eats vegetarian food on full moon days, but only a few familiar dishes like hu tieu and vegetarian vermicelli soup.

The 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival has the slogan Delicious from the taste, healthy from the heart . Besides serving the culinary needs of visitors, the festival also organizes many diverse activities.

The international vegetarian conference has many topics related to green tourism, green cuisine, green economy and sustainable development, vegetarian culinary trends... The conference has the participation of Vietnamese and international culinary experts;
