Currently, Lien Dam 4 village has 254 households with more than 1,000 people, mainly K'Ho ethnic people. The whole village cultivates about 270 hectares of coffee, with an average yield of 3 - 3.5 tons/ha; many households flexibly intercrop durian, avocado, and pepper to increase income. In addition, some households boldly develop small business models, open shops, create more jobs and improve their lives.

Along with economic development, the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas" has been implemented synchronously by Lien Dam 4 village, bringing many positive changes. Up to now, 100% of the village roads have been concreted, installed with lighting systems, flags hung and flowers planted on both sides, creating a spacious, bright - green - clean - beautiful appearance for the residential area.

The spiritual life of the people is also increasingly cared for. Last year, the village was supported to build 2 new houses and repair 1 house for a poor household; cultural and sports activities, art troupes, volleyball and football clubs are maintained regularly.

The rate of children going to school is 100%, there are no dropouts; vaccination and health care are fully implemented, the rate of people participating in health insurance is 98%.
