Thanks to the solidarity and unceasing creativity, Nguyen Nhu Kon Tum Pedagogical Practice Primary School has achieved many important achievements through each school year, becoming a bright spot in the education sector in the west of Quang Ngai province.
Since the 2020-2021 school year, Nguyen Nhu Kon Tum Pedagogical Practice Primary School has achieved achievements in the high-quality teaching and learning movement, with eight teachers achieving the title of excellent teachers at the provincial level, seven experience initiatives achieving good grades at the industry level, seven grassroots emulation fighters, 63 teachers and staff achieving the title of advanced workers; many students have achieved high prizes in provincial and national competitions, such as the Vietnamese Champion Contest, IOE, English Olympic (OTE), student sports and Phu Dong Sports Festival. The school's men's mini soccer team won the first prize at the 8th Phu Dong Sports Festival of Kon Tum province (formerly).
In terms of physical education , achievements are increasing: at the Provincial Student Sports Competition for the 2022-2023 school year, the school won 32 awards in sports such as badminton, table tennis, chess, swimming, long jump..., ranking second overall. Principal of Nguyen Nhu Kon Tum Pedagogical Practice Primary School Le Thi Hong Lien shared: "Every student here is focused on comprehensive development: good study, good training and early career orientation. Along with the quality of teaching, the school aims to build a friendly learning environment, active students, a school where teachers and parents unite to create moral and humane values for the younger generation. Over the past 5 years, the school has implemented many meaningful volunteer movements: the programs "Circle of Friends" and "Helping Friends Go to School - Together Towards the Future"; teachers and students donated more than 69 million VND to support northern compatriots affected by storms and floods; organized dozens of charity activities, donated hundreds of gifts and candies to disadvantaged schools and orphanages. Notably, in the 2023-2024 school year, the collective of union members, parents and students built a charity kitchen worth 40 million VND for the family of artisan A Luu (Kon Klo village, Dak Ro Wa commune).
The school also arouses love for traditional culture through competitions such as "Creative Festival", "Charming Ao Dai", competitions for making teaching aids, storytelling books, folk water puppet models, etc., thereby discovering and nurturing talents, cultivating the soul and life skills of students. Mr. Pham Tien Dung, parent of student Pham Le Anh Thu, shared: "I am very grateful to the teachers because in addition to knowledge, my child also participates in many meaningful activities. Every time my child participates in competitions or has the opportunity to help friends in need, I see him grow up a lot."
One of the key factors contributing to the success of Nguyen Nhu Kon Tum Pedagogical Practice Primary School is the core role of party organizations, trade unions, youth unions, and teams. The school's Party Cell has continuously achieved the title of excellent performance for many years and received a certificate of merit from superiors. In 2024, the Party Cell continued to maintain its achievements when 100% of Party members completed their tasks well, of which 20% completed them excellently. The grassroots trade union was awarded a certificate of merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers' Union of the school continuously held the title of excellent at the provincial level, organizing many meaningful activities associated with life skills education, patriotism, and revolutionary ideals...
Nguyen Nhu Kon Tum Pedagogical Practice Primary School has been clearly demonstrating its leading role in the local education system. Recently, the school was awarded a certificate of merit by the Minister of Education and Training for its outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning" in the period 2020-2025.
Principal of Nguyen Nhu Kon Tum Primary School Le Thi Hong Lien said that the achievements in the past time are not the destination, but the foundation for the school to continue to innovate and improve the quality of comprehensive education.
