Highlights of the model "Four good Party cells"

Innovation in living

This is one of the typical collectives in implementing the model of "Four-good Party Cell", associated with the implementation of Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW on building grassroots party organizations in the new period. In recent times, the Party Cell has closely followed the resolutions, directives and plans of the superiors, concretized them into annual programs and assigned clear tasks to each Party member. Political and ideological education work has been strengthened, especially studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle; the fight against degradation, "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" has been strictly implemented.

In leading socio -economic development, the Party cell mobilized people to produce according to the crop schedule, with 97 hectares of rice achieving an average yield of 6.5 tons/hectare. Farmers widely applied the model of "3 reductions, 3 increases", "1 must, 5 reductions", saving costs and increasing profits.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Xuong Commune Party Committee Tran Van Tien assessed: "The bright spot of Vinh Thanh B Hamlet Party Cell is the clear change in the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the grassroots party organization, contributing to the successful implementation of the local political tasks". Identifying the Party Cell's activities as the key step, the Party Cell has strongly innovated the content and methods in the direction of brevity, clear focus, increasing combativeness, in accordance with the Party's principles of activities. Each meeting is carefully prepared, discussed democratically, with clear conclusions, easy to implement; regular activities are evaluated as good according to the criteria framework of the superiors. Party member Nguyen Van Tha commented: "The Party Cell's activities are disciplined, increasing combativeness; Party members' opinions are recorded and resolved clearly".

Substance and effectiveness

The innovation in activities has helped the Party cell's resolutions to be implemented early, creating synchronous changes in socio-economic development and mass mobilization work. Mr. Tran Van Hau - Secretary of Vinh Thanh B Hamlet Party Cell said: "The Party cell thoroughly grasps the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism; strictly implements working regulations and administrative discipline. Inspection and supervision work is disciplined; focusing on inspecting leaders and Party members in charge of each field."

Thanks to good supervision, the Party Cell has no Party members violating the Party Charter; issues arising at the grassroots level are resolved quickly, without being left unsolved. The Party Cell promotes the role of the Front Work Committee, mass organizations, and strengthens social criticism, contributing to building the great national unity bloc and improving the management effectiveness of the Hamlet People's Committee. The spirit of solidarity and discipline becomes the "string" connecting the Party Committee, Party members and the People. The Party Cell Committee, especially the Party Cell Secretary, always sets an example in lifestyle and working style; says what they do; dares to think, dares to do, dares to take responsibility for the common good. Party members actively study, apply knowledge to practice; are close to the people, close to the locality; maintain internal solidarity and complete assigned tasks.

The results achieved show that Vinh Thanh B Hamlet Party Cell has implemented the model of "Four Good Party Cells" in the right direction and substantially, creating a clear change in building grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members. This is an important premise for the Party Cell to continue to consolidate a clean and strong party organization in the new period, especially when the whole province is promoting the implementation of Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW and the tasks of building the grassroots political system.
