Bright spot in promoting learning and following Uncle Ho

Implementing Directive No. 05, Bac Kan Provincial Police has issued over 40 guiding documents, plans, dispatches to deploy, implement, and organize 30 thematic study conferences; units and localities organize additional study in the form of watching DVDs.

After studying, 100% of party members, officers and soldiers wrote reports on each topic, 100% of grassroots party committees built ethical standards, associated with the implementation of "Building the style of a brave, humane people's police officer serving the people".

From 2020-2025, the overall investigation and discovery rate of the Provincial Police reached over 96%. Including major cases such as: Investigating and discovering the case of illegally transporting 198 heroin cakes from Dien Bien to Bac Kan province; Dismantling a case to clarify 9 subjects who stole 46 motorbikes in Pac Nam and Ba Be districts; Successfully fighting and destroying a case on gambling, organizing gambling on the internet in the form of football betting, with a transaction amount of more than 300 billion VND.

Bac Kan Provincial Police is a pioneering and typical collective in implementing emulation movements such as: "Movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses"; "Bac Kan joins hands to build new rural areas"; "Bac Kan promotes digital transformation program". In particular, when receiving the task of eliminating 500 temporary and dilapidated houses, the unit exceeded the progress assigned by the Ministry of Public Security, helping hundreds of households have new houses to welcome Tet.

Many good, creative and highly effective ways have been widely responded to by the implementing unit and have had great influence such as: Organizing Party membership admission at red addresses associated with social charity activities, gratitude; Promoting emulation movements to celebrate major holidays of the Party, the country, and traditional days of the force.

Bac Kan Provincial Police have organized 115 conferences on "Police listen to people's opinions", receiving more than 7,000 opinions. From 2016 to present, the unit has built and maintained 7 models of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral thought such as: Model "Three constructions, three resistances, three knowledges" and Establishing a register of "good people - good deeds" of the Provincial Police; Model "Green Ba Be - Safe - Friendly" of Ba Be District Police; Model "Love Meal" of Bac Kan City Police.

The provincial police have inaugurated 169 projects to help Giao Hieu commune in building new rural areas, with a total support fund of 2.7 billion VND; the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee assigned the construction of more than 800 prefabricated houses according to the model of the Ministry of Public Security to give to poor and near-poor households in Bac Kan province.

In addition, the unit also mobilized more than 400 officers and soldiers to support people to overcome the consequences after the storm, calling on officers and soldiers to support 530 million VND, at the same time mobilizing support of 185 million VND, nearly 80 tons of goods, 835 gifts; 2.8 tons of rice, and many essential items to support people affected by the damage.

At the conference, Colonel Ha Van Tuyen, Director of Bac Kan Provincial Police, requested that the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style throughout the Party will continue to be promoted, becoming increasingly in-depth, practical and effective.

All officers and soldiers constantly study to improve their qualifications in all aspects, build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern Bac Kan Police force and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of Bac Kan Provincial Police awarded certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive No. 05.
