In 2025, the PTKV 4 - Muong Ang Command thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the Party's resolutions, directives and strategies on military, defense and Fatherland protection tasks; strictly maintained combat readiness regime, improved training quality; coordinated and directed the implementation of the preliminary selection of citizens of military age; coordinated with forces to grasp the situation, security and politics in the area; proactively advised local Party committees, authorities and the Provincial Military Command to effectively handle complicated situations at the grassroots level; synchronously and effectively deployed Party work and political work in tasks; logistics and technical work had positive changes, ensuring the unit's tasks.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the achievements and remaining limitations in 2025. At the same time, key tasks for 2026 were set out, in which the Party Committee of the PTKV 4 - Muong Ang Command determined to focus on advising the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command to lead and direct the effective implementation of local military and defense tasks; strictly maintain the regime of command duty, combat readiness duty and reinforcement duty; continue to review, supplement and complete the system of documents and combat plans at all levels according to regulations; advise local Party committees and authorities to coordinate forces to perform combat readiness tasks; develop documents and plans to participate in defense zone exercises; perform well the military recruitment work; ensure adequate logistics and technology.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Hoat, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, acknowledged and commended the outstanding results of the Command Board of PTKV 4 - Muong Ang in 2025.

The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command requested that in 2026, the Party Committee of the PTKV 4 - Muong Ang Command thoroughly grasp the resolutions and strategies of the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission on building a "Revolutionary - Regular - Elite - Modern" Army; successfully organize defense area drills, combat drills in communes and wards; civil defense drills to ensure safety, efficiency and economy; grasp the situation, make correct forecasts, handle promptly to avoid being passive and surprised in all situations; protect the safety of important political events in 2026; improve the quality of training, combat readiness and build regularity, discipline training; consolidate the militia and self-defense forces, reserve mobilization; strengthen digital transformation, military administrative reform; build a clean and strong Party organization to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
