Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust and supplement the design of construction drawings and cost estimates for the road project from the center of Tay Giang district to Dong Giang district (through A Tieng, Bha Lee, A Vuong communes) according to the request of the Department of Transport in Official Dispatch 1251.
At the same time, the People's Committee of Tay Giang district is required to take responsibility for strictly implementing the Prime Minister's direction in Directive No. 13 on restoring order and discipline, overcoming shortcomings in investment consulting work in construction of works and projects in the transport sector and Directive No. 10 on strengthening the work of ensuring order and safety of road traffic in the new situation; the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 3774 on strengthening the work of quality management and safety in investment and construction of traffic works in the province.
Continue to check and review the arising cost items (including costs arising due to inflation) to ensure that they do not exceed the approved total investment and comply with the provisions of law on construction investment cost management and other relevant legal provisions. Complete documents, procedures, organize appraisal and approval to implement the next steps in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Department of Transport and related departments, branches and units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for monitoring, guiding and handling project records and procedures within their authority; inspecting and supervising the Tay Giang District People's Committee during the project implementation process in accordance with current regulations of law.
