Adjusting and supplementing road signs and traffic organization on coastal roads DT603B and DT619.

On January 14th, the Da Nang Infrastructure Maintenance Board announced that, in accordance with the city's Department of Construction's decision approving the project "Adjustment and Supplementation of Road Traffic Signs and Organization on Coastal Roads DT603B and DT619," the unit will commence construction on January 15th, 2026.

Regarding the project's objectives and scope: Adjusting and supplementing road signs and traffic organization on coastal roads DT603B and DT619 (Vo Chi Cong road) to enhance warnings and ensure easy visibility for drivers, according to the plan approved by the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (now the People's Committee of Da Nang city) in Decision No. 1585/QD-UBND dated February 28, 2025, comprising two sections as follows:

Section 1: Provincial Road 603B from Km0 - Km10+015 (interchange with Provincial Road 619) and Provincial Road 619 from Km0 - Km6+405 (south of Cua Dai Bridge), total length 16.42km. On this section, tractor-trailers and semi-trailers are prohibited; trucks with a carrying capacity exceeding 10T (according to the inspection certificate) are prohibited from circulating from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The permitted circulation time is from 10:00 PM the previous day to 5:00 AM the following day, but with a speed limit of no more than 50km/h [including traffic signs P.108a + (P.106b + S.508a) + (P.127 + S.505a)].

Section 2: Provincial Road DT619 (Vo Chi Cong), from Km6+405 (south of Cua Dai Bridge) to Km42+880 (intersection with National Highway 40B), length 36.48km. On this section, the speed limit for tractor-trailer trucks and vehicles with integrated trailers is 50km/h (Signs P.127+S.505a).
