Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee adjusted and supplemented the content of the construction investment scale and basic design solutions (technical infrastructure items), including adjusting the traffic route on the top of the embankment with a total route length after adjustment of about 719.7m, in which the last section of the route is invested in the direction of opening an intersection connecting the current traffic status with a length of about 36.74m. At the same time, supplementing auxiliary items on the route such as lighting and planting trees along the route.

The content of adjusting the traffic route of the final section of the route from TD post (end of the intersection) to post 29 (end of the route), route Km0+739.30, Km0+776.04, L = 36.74m to the route to the residential area of village 1 (Tra Tap commune) located on the left side of the intersection with a corresponding length of L = 36.74 m. In particular, the road level and pavement structure still comply with the design solution appraised by the Department of Construction and approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1439.

In addition, additional auxiliary items on the route, including additional tree planting in existing tree planting holes (122 existing tree planting holes, the tree type is yellow-flowered sua tree with a diameter of 10 - 12cm, height

The investment project to build a dike to protect residential areas and public infrastructure works along Tranh River was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in 2021, assigned to Nam Tra My District People's Committee as the investor to prevent landslides, protect the safety of works and residential areas along the west bank of Tranh River in Tra Tap commune, contributing to improving the urban landscape of the district's administrative center.

The embankment is over 684m long with the starting point adjacent to Nuoc Choong bridge, the end point in front of Tra Tap residential area. Investing in a traffic road with a total length of over 719m, cement concrete road surface structure, designed axle load of 10T... with a total investment of over 30 billion VND. Of which, the provincial budget is 27 billion VND, the rest from the local budget.
