On November 11, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee sent a document to departments, branches and localities on agreeing to adjust some contents of the Plan to organize the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival - 2024.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to change the time of the Opening Ceremony of the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival - 2024 from December 6, 2024 to December 5, 2024.

Change the time of organizing the Dalat Vegetable - Flower Market, a miracle crystallization from the good land: From December 26, 2024 - January 2, 2025 to December 6, 2024 - December 15, 2024. Change the name of the program "Workshop on preserving and promoting the cultural values of ethnic groups in Di Linh district associated with tourism development" to the program "Di Linh - Identity and Integration", including a series of activities: Fair to introduce and display typical products with the theme "Fragrance and color of coffee, orchids and wood"; Photo exhibition with the theme "Di Linh - Past and Present"; Art program introducing new songs about Di Linh; Gong festival; Restoration of the New Rice Celebration Ceremony of the K'Ho ethnic group. Venue: Central Square of Di Linh district. Time of organization: within 2 days (after December 8, 2024).
Change the time and location of the program "Displaying, introducing and promoting trade of OCOP products of Da Lat Flower Festival 2024". Specifically, change the time: From December 16 - 22, 2024 to December 24 - 30, 2024. Change the location from Da Lat City Urban Cultural Park to Tran Quoc Toan Park.
Change the time and location of the music program "5AM Concert in Da Lat" from December 14, 2024 to December 7, 2024. Change the location from Lam Vien Square to Da Lat College (former Da Lat Pedagogical College) and the route around Xuan Huong Lake.
The Provincial People's Committee agreed not to organize the 2024 Korean - Da Lat Music Festival program at the request of the Korea Online Distribution Platform Industry Association (KODPIA).
In addition, the following response programs will be added: "Chill Sparkling World Event - Flower Festival 2024" program will be held on November 2, 2024 at Lam Vien Square.
The program "Korean Cultural Day in Da Lat 2024" will be held on December 13, 2024 at Lam Vien Square.
Classic and Modern Travel Fashion Week program combined with hair fashion time: Expected from December 15 - 25, 2024 at Lam Vien Square Fountain Area, Da Lat City.
The 2024 Vietnam Fresh Flower Art Exhibition will take place from December 19 to 20, 2024 at Dalat Palace Hotel. The 2024 SAM Tuyen Lam Winter Championship Golf Tournament will celebrate the 10th Dalat Flower Festival and will take place on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at SAM Tuyen Lam Golf Course.
The seminar program "Contributing ideas to the flower industry development strategy and members' suggestions for sustainable flower industry development" will be held on December 29, 2024 at Dalat Palace Hotel.
Other contents are implemented according to Plan No. 7845/KH-UBND dated September 19, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee.
