Adjusting the time for registration and payment for buying shares in the 2025 public offering
Dear:

- Dear shareholders of Prosperity and Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 236/2025/NQ-HĐQT dated November 5, 2025 of the Board of Directors of Prosperity and Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PGBank) on adjusting the time for registration and payment for purchasing shares in the additional public offering of shares in 2025;
Pursuant to Notice No. 276/2025/TB-PGB dated October 2, 2025 of Prosperity and Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank sent to VSDC on the last registration date to exercise the right to purchase shares of PGBank;
Prosperity and Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PGBank) would like to respectfully inform the State Securities Commission and Shareholders about the adjustment of the time for registration and payment for additional shares issued by existing shareholders of PGBank as follows:
1. Information announced in Notice No. 276/2025/TB-PGB dated October 2, 2025
- Registration and payment period: From October 27, 2025 to November 17, 2025
2. Adjustment information:
- Registration and payment period: From October 27, 2025 to December 15, 2025
3. Other contents: No change (According to Notice No. 276/2025/TB-PGB dated October 2, 2025)
4. Reason for adjustment: To facilitate shareholders to have more time to exercise their purchase rights as prescribed.
PGBank commits that the above contents are completely accurate and takes full responsibility according to the law if any dispute arises.
