Adjusting the implementation time of planning for 3 construction plans

Accordingly, the resolution adjusts the implementation time of the construction zoning plan (scale 1/2,000) to the end of the fourth quarter of 2025 for the following projects: Southeast Thang Binh urban residential, tourism and service area, Chu Lai Open Economic Zone; Duty-free zone associated with Tam Hoa Port Area, Chu Lai Open Economic Zone; Tam Hoa - Tam Tien urban residential, service and tourism area, Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.

It is known that according to Resolution 78 dated December 8, 2021 of the People's Council of Quang Nam province, the planning time for the above 3 projects must be completed in 2022.

Previously, according to the submission of the Provincial People's Committee, the adjustment of the implementation progress and proposal on the implementation time of the above planning project documents to ensure the implementation of related processes and procedures when the General Planning of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone for the period up to 2035, with a vision to 2050, was agreed upon by the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 180 dated February 24, 2025.
