At the conference, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Dang Minh Nguyet announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on transferring comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong, Head of the General Department - Provincial Party Committee Office to work at the People's Committee of Cam My district from May 5, 2023; appointing comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong to participate in the Executive Committee of the Cam My district Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from May 5, 2023; assigning the Standing Committee of the Cam My district Party Committee to lead and introduce comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong to be elected by the District People's Council to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Cam My district People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
At the conference, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Tran Quang Tu announced the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council on transferring comrade Ta Quang Truong, Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council to work at the Provincial People's Committee from May 2023, with specific tasks assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has decided to accept and appoint comrade Ta Quang Truong, Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Information and Communications, with a term of appointment of 5 years, starting from May 5, 2023.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also decided to transfer and appoint comrade Huynh Tan Loc, member of the Standing Committee of Bien Hoa City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; the appointment term is 5 years from May 5, 2023.
Mobilize and appoint comrade Vo Thi Ngoc Lam, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam My district to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Health , with a term of appointment of 5 years, starting from May 5, 2023.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh reiterated: “At the 11th Provincial Party Executive Committee meeting on April 5, I mentioned that in the near future, the Provincial Party Standing Committee will rearrange staff to meet the immediate and long-term requirements of the province.
Some potential cadres will be planned for higher positions and need better training and development; some cadres are not evaluated well and are not effective and need to be changed; some cadres have been "sitting" in that position for a long time but have not promoted their capacity and strengths at work and need to be changed.
Implementing that policy of the Provincial Party Committee, today, the Provincial Party Committee has implemented decisions on personnel work for the above 4 comrades with the hope that they will continue to promote their working capacity in the new environment, meet the development requirements of the unit and locality, and contribute to promoting the overall development of the province in the coming time."
