Similarly, A Lin B1 Hydropower Reservoir (A Lin 3 - A Lin B1 reservoir cluster) is required to adjust the operation to increase the flow rate through the spillway, avoiding sudden changes, and is expected to reach 500m3/s. The time to increase the flow rate is at 10:00 a.m. on the same day.

The City Civil Defense Command requested the investors, the Central Hydropower Joint Stock Company and Truong Phu Hydropower Joint Stock Company, to notify local residents in A Luoi 1, A Luoi 2, and A Luoi 3 communes to be on guard against flooding in the reservoir area.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, Chairman of the People's Committee of A Luoi 1 Commune, said that there are currently over 10 households living along the hydroelectric reservoir, and inspections have not yet found any flooding in the reservoir area. The investor has notified the local authorities regarding the operation of the project, and the commune has informed and warned the people to proactively respond in case of flooding in the reservoir area.
