The Central Organizing Committee delegation offered flowers and incense to pay tribute to heroic martyrs.

On July 20, a delegation of the Central Organizing Committee led by Party Central Committee member and Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong offered flowers and incense to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery, Road 9 National Martyrs' Cemetery and the Quang Tri Ancient Citadel National Special Monument on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai; Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Ho Xuan Truong; Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Tran Vu Khiem also attended.

In a sacred and emotional atmosphere, the delegation of the Central Organizing Committee laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery and the Road 9 National Martyrs Cemetery. The Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery is the resting place of more than 10,200 martyrs who sacrificed their lives on the Ho Chi Minh Trail during the resistance war against the US to save the country.

The National Cemetery of Road 9 Martyrs is the eternal resting place of more than 10,000 heroic martyrs who fought and served on the Road 9 front, the Quang Tri battlefield and Laos during the years of resistance against the US to save the country.

At the cemeteries, the delegation respectfully bowed to remember and deeply express gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who devoted their youth to the cause of national liberation and international friendship.

Laying wreaths and offering incense at the Monument of the Special National Monument of Quang Tri Ancient Citadel, the delegation of the Central Organizing Committee expressed their infinite gratitude for the brave spirit of the soldiers and people of Quang Tri in the heroic battle of 81 days and nights in this land; contributing to bringing the country to the day of total victory and reunification.
