On the afternoon of November 14, at the headquarters of Na Hang commune, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with the Party Committees of Na Hang, Yen Hoa and Thuong Lam communes. Comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission chaired the meeting.

Immediately after implementing the two-level local government, the organizational apparatus of agencies and units in the communes of Na Hang, Yen Hoa and Thuong Lam was completed, quickly stabilized and put into operation. Commune officials adapted quite quickly to the new tasks, administrative procedures were resolved on time. Localities focused on leading socio -economic development, completing the allocation and assignment of public investment capital plans in accordance with the provisions of law. Resolutely directing and focusing on accelerating the progress of National Target Programs; the quality of education and training was given attention to improving.

Political security and social order and safety are maintained; Party building work is focused on, the political system is consolidated... Localities also made recommendations on adjusting working staff; upgrading the traffic system, facilities, and equipment; implementing target programs; disbursing public investment capital...

Leaders of several departments, branches and leaders of Na Hang, Yen Hoa and Thuong Lam communes attended the meeting.

Concluding the working session, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Tran Manh Loi highly appreciated the efforts of the localities in the past time. At the same time, he requested that communes with new organizational models and commune leaders must determine a new mindset, a new position, change their thinking and vision, and be more proactive in proposing and deciding on issues within their authority.

Research and implement solutions suitable to the characteristics and situation of the locality, develop the economy, reduce poverty sustainably; pay attention to promptly resolving complaints and denunciations, not allowing hot spots to arise, and maintain national defense and security. He emphasized that the Working Group fully recorded the recommendations and proposals of the communes, on that basis, it will synthesize, report, and propose to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for consideration and direction of timely resolution, in order to create the most favorable conditions for the communes to operate.
