At the meeting, Professor, Doctor of Science Phan Xuan Son emphasized that Tuyen Quang is a historical land, the cradle of the revolution, witnessing many important activities and forever deeply engraved with the image of President Ho Chi Minh and important events of the nation; where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked for nearly 6 years, in over 20 different locations; is a locality with a special terrain, rich in national cultural identity...

Therefore, the working delegation chose Tuyen Quang as the first locality to research and survey the reality to implement the State-level project on researching, applying and creatively developing Ho Chi Minh's thought in Party building and the political system in the renovation period.

Speaking at the meeting, Nong Thi Bich Hue, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Head of the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Affairs Department, affirmed that in recent times, the research, application and creative development of Ho Chi Minh's ideology in building the Communist Party of Vietnam in the renovation period in Tuyen Quang have achieved important results. The consolidation and arrangement of the organizational apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations of agencies, organizations and units in the province's political system have had many innovations and clear changes, and have been implemented resolutely with high political determination.

The province has completed the restructuring of the apparatus according to the regulations of the Central Government. The evaluation of cadres has been innovated in a consistent, multi-dimensional, continuous manner, using specific criteria and "products" and is increasingly closer to reality with the form of assigning breakthrough, innovative tasks, and specific tasks assigned to each individual directly in charge of and in charge of implementation.

The evaluation and classification of cadres is increasingly realistic. Experts and lecturers from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics discussed with departments and branches about the province's orientation, experiences and issues arising in the practice of applying and creatively developing Ho Chi Minh's thought in the work of Party building and the political system; experiences and solutions to overcome limitations in mass mobilization work, political and ideological education for cadres, party members and people; the implementation and concretization of the Law on Mass Mobilization in the locality; the application of digital transformation in the work of Party and government building; difficulties and obstacles in implementing ethnic policies for ethnic minority areas in the locality...

The delegation of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics highly appreciated the preparation of Tuyen Quang province for the topic that the delegation had raised.
