Carrying out the task of grasping the situation of the people and public opinion; organizing to collect opinions, synthesizing comments of cadres, party members and people on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee has closely followed the direction of the Central Committee, promptly, seriously and effectively implemented. At the same time, directing the organization and implementation of new resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee to ensure unity and effectiveness, creating positive spread among cadres, party members and people; proactively issuing specific documents, plans and instructions; promptly directing all levels and sectors to carry out the task of grasping public opinion, collecting comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The work of grasping, orienting and reflecting public opinion is carried out regularly and promptly; the ideological situation of cadres, party members and people is stable, trusting in the leadership of the Party. The work of disseminating and organizing the implementation of the Politburo 's breakthrough resolutions and deploying the two-level local government model has initially achieved positive results, gaining the people's trust, consensus and support, creating a new momentum and driving force for the province's development.
Discussing at the working session, delegates clarified the contents of implementing 7 strategic resolutions of the Politburo to bring the country into a new era, including resolutions No. 57, 59, 66, 68, 70, 71, 72; the situation of cadres, party members, and people on the deployment and operation of 2-level local governments and new issues arising in practice; the situation of ethnic and religious work, the implementation of policies in ethnic minority areas... Promoting the role of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in propaganda, mobilization, and reception of opinions, thoughts, and aspirations of the people.

Through a survey in Ham Yen commune and working with the Provincial Party Committee's Party Building Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Dinh Thi Mai highly appreciated the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for its leadership, direction and organization in grasping the situation of the people and public opinion with the Party's policies and guidelines and for having many good practices, suitable for each subject, creating consensus among the people.

At the same time, there are timely recommendations, proposals and solutions, contributing to political stability, promoting democracy and intelligence of the entire people, spreading positive information, creating social consensus, proactively contributing ideas to build draft documents of the Party. 7 strategic resolutions of the Party are promptly grasped and disseminated with innovative and effective approaches.

He suggested further promoting the role of the leader, identifying ideological and political work as the top priority, having appropriate methods, strongly arousing the strength of national solidarity, patriotism, and firmly consolidating the people's trust in the Party's leadership. Regarding the implementation of the two-level local government, although there are still many difficulties, thanks to the close leadership and direction of the province, the apparatus has so far operated quite synchronously and effectively.

The Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission emphasized: There is not much time left until the 14th National Party Congress, so the province is requested to focus on synthesizing the people's opinions on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress; focus on training the capacity and qualifications of cadres, especially at the grassroots level; improve the capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, build a government that serves the people, and cares for the material and spiritual life of the people. Strengthen political and ideological leadership in the area, especially in remote communes.
Continue to direct press agencies to strengthen information and propaganda work, to spread the dedicated opinions of scientists, intellectuals, and prestigious people contributing to the draft documents of the Party Congress.
