During more than 30 years of searching for a way to save the country and nearly 30 years of leading the Vietnamese people in the struggle for national liberation and nation building, Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh set foot in nearly 60 countries around the world. Among them, Soviet Russia - the homeland of the October Revolution, the country of the great Lenin - was the place where he spent the longest time. Russia had an extremely large position and influence on the revolutionary life of President Ho Chi Minh.

Next, the delegation of Kaluga province visited and laid flowers at the Lenin Monument in Truong Vinh Ward. The Lenin Monument is a symbol of friendship and cooperation not only between Ulyanovsk and Nghe An provinces but also between the people of Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
