On the afternoon of December 7, before the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030, the delegation solemnly held a flower offering ceremony at Ho Chi Minh Square.
The delegation was led by comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, together with Standing members, members of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation and exemplary grassroots trade union officials.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and deep respect for the great ideology and extremely noble life of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of the Vietnamese Revolution, national liberation hero, outstanding cultural celebrity.

President Ho Chi Minh was not only the founder and trainer of our Party, but he also laid the theoretical and practical foundation for the establishment and development of the Vietnam Trade Union. He was often interested in trade union work and the workers' movement, spending a lot of time visiting, talking and giving instructions on trade union work at factories, enterprises, forestry farms, etc. He directly signed the Decree promulgating the Trade Union Law, which clearly stated the purpose of the trade union organization: "The trade union must improve the lives of workers, raise the material and cultural life of the working class in particular and the people in general."
Before the spirit of Uncle Ho, the delegation respectfully reported on the important political event, the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, taking place with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", demonstrating the determination, dynamism, flexibility and creativity of all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole province.
In the sacred moment, the delegation pledged to build a strong working class and trade union organizations at all levels; to perform well their functions and tasks in the new situation, focusing on representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; to build a team of union cadres with intelligence, courage, enthusiasm, responsibility, prestige and good working methods. To innovate propaganda and mobilization work; to improve the political capacity, educational level, professional skills, industrial style, and labor discipline of union members and workers; to maintain close ties between the Party and the State with the working class and workers.
The 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030, will take place in 2 days (December 7 and 8), with the participation of 300 outstanding delegates, representing nearly 150,000 workers, civil servants, laborers and union members in the whole province.
On the same morning, a delegation of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation offered incense at the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site - the hometown of President Ho Chi Minh.
