Delegates attending the Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Army report to Uncle Ho

On the morning of December 9, in Hanoi, the delegation attending the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Army (2025-2030) offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs on Bac Son Street and held a ceremony to report achievements to Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Attending the ceremony were leaders and commanders of a number of functional agencies of the Ministry of National Defense , the General Department of Politics, leaders of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command, and a large number of delegates representing the Army's youth attending the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Army (2025-2030).

Delegates observed a minute of silence in memory of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

At the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh and delegates offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroes and martyrs, the nation's outstanding sons who bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence, freedom and unification of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people.

The delegation's wreath bore the words "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs".

Next, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh and the delegation attended the ceremony to report achievements to Uncle Ho and offer flowers in memory, and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.

The youth of the entire army have been proactively taking the lead in training, combat readiness, discipline training, building a regular routine and carrying out campaigns, the Determination to Win Emulation Movement, revolutionary action movements; taking the lead in carrying out the tasks of parades, marches, and activities to celebrate political events of the Party, State and Army; proactively carrying out new and difficult tasks, in the front lines, borders, islands, remote and isolated areas with the spirit of "Wherever needed, there are youth, wherever difficult, there are youth"...
