Delegates attending the Women's Congress of Bac Ninh province offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs.

BAC NINH - On the morning of November 28, before entering the first working session of the first Congress of Women's Delegates of Bac Ninh province, term 2025 - 2030, the delegation led by Comrade Nguyen Phuong Mai, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union respectfully offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Monument.

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, delegates laid wreaths, offered incense and observed a minute of silence, expressing deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs - the outstanding sons of the homeland who bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland.

Before the souls of the martyrs, the delegates vowed to continue promoting the fine traditions of Vietnamese women; unite, innovate, be creative, overcome difficulties, build a strong organization; actively care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of women; contribute to strengthening the great national unity bloc, join hands with the Party Committee, government and people to build Bac Ninh province into a centrally-run city before 2030.

The 1st Congress of Women Delegates of Bac Ninh province, term 2025 - 2030 took place at the Provincial Convention Center for 2 days (November 28 and 29) with the theme: "Solidarity - Creativity - Integration - Development". Attending the Congress were 298 official delegates representing nearly 618 thousand women members in the province.

On the afternoon of November 28, the Congress held its first session with the following contents: Election of the Presidium, the Congress Secretariat, and the Delegate Qualification Examination Board; Approval of the program, rules, and working regulations of the Congress; Summary report summarizing comments on the documents of the 14th National Women's Congress; Draft to supplement and amend the Charter of the Vietnam Women's Union; Documents of the 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Bac Ninh province, term 2025-2030; presentations of units and organizations working on commendation work.

On November 29, the Congress officially opened with many other important contents.
