Activities towards the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City, term 2025 - 2030.
Also attending were comrade Le Van Hoa, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation and delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation observed a moment of silence to remember and deeply express gratitude for the contributions of Vietnamese heroic mothers and heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation.

After the flower and incense offering ceremony, the delegates lit incense on each grave, expressing gratitude and remembrance for those who died for the Fatherland.

* On the same day, comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc attended the handover ceremony of a new house and presented funds to repair a house to two households in difficult circumstances in Ba Ria ward.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Kiet's house (Ward 3 - Phuoc Trung, Ba Ria Ward) is old, dilapidated, has a rusty corrugated iron roof and often leaks when it rains. Due to old age and declining health, Mr. Kiet cannot afford to repair it, so the support to build a new house has helped his family stabilize their housing and feel secure.

As for Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Huong's household (Ward 5 - Phuoc Hiep, Ba Ria Ward), her difficult circumstances were supported with funding to repair her dilapidated house.
On this occasion, comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc, on behalf of the delegation, presented gifts to households that had just had their Great Unity houses repaired in 2025; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ba Ria ward also sent gifts to the households.

* Next, the delegation visited and presented gifts to two heroic Vietnamese mothers in Tam Long ward (HCMC), including: heroic Vietnamese mother Tran Thi Luong (Phuoc Huu ward - Long Phuoc) and heroic Vietnamese mother Tran Thi Duong (Dong ward - Hoa Long).

Comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc, on behalf of the delegation, kindly asked about the health and daily life of the mothers and expressed deep gratitude for the silent sacrifices that the mothers have made for the cause of national liberation.
The gifts were given as a token of appreciation from the officials and people of Ho Chi Minh City, demonstrating the morality of "repaying gratitude", continuing the nation's tradition of "remembering the source of the water we drink".
