Delegation of Ninh Binh city offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, on the morning of August 31, Ninh Binh city organized a wreath laying ceremony and incense offering at the city's heroic martyrs' memorial.

The delegation of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, armed forces of Ninh Binh city, departments, branches and organizations of the city was led by comrade Dinh Van Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Ninh Binh City Party Committee.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense, and observed a minute of silence to express deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs, the outstanding sons of Ninh Binh city, who fought and sacrificed for the revolutionary cause of the Party and for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

In front of the heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, government and people of the city vow to promote the heroic tradition of previous generations, focus on successfully implementing the tasks and goals of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, especially the Resolution of the City Party Congress; unite, join hands and overcome all difficulties and challenges, build Ninh Binh city to develop more and more, worthy of the political , economic and cultural center of the province; pay attention to and better implement the work of "Repaying gratitude", taking care of people's lives.
