The delegation from Tuyen Quang province paid their respects to Comrade Le Quang Don.

On the morning of February 14th, a delegation from Tuyen Quang province visited the late Comrade Le Quang Don, former member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and former Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Government of Tuyen Quang province, to pay their respects and offer condolences to his family.

Comrade Ha Thi Khiet, former Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, former Head of the Central Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and non-professional Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, extended her condolences to the family of Comrade Le Quang Don.

Attending the memorial service were: Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; along with members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and leaders of provincial departments and agencies.

Comrade Hau A Lenh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, sent a wreath to pay his respects.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council paid their respects to Comrade Le Quang Don.

Comrade Le Quang Don joined the workforce early and rose through the ranks through various positions at the local level; he held important leadership positions in the province, including Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. He was a delegate to the People's Council of Ha Tuyen and Tuyen Quang provinces for the terms 1984–1989, 1989–1994, and 1994–1999; and made many contributions to the building of the Party, government, and socio-economic development of the locality.

Comrade Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and other delegates from the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee paid their respects to Comrade Le Quang Don.

For his contributions to the revolutionary cause, he was awarded the Third Class Resistance Medal for the War against the US and for National Salvation by the Party and the State, along with many medals, commemorative badges, certificates of merit, and emulation titles from central ministries, departments, and agencies, as well as from the province; he was also awarded the 30, 40, 50, 55, and 60-year Party membership badges.

Provincial leaders paid their respects to Comrade Le Quang Don.

In a solemn atmosphere, provincial leaders respectfully offered incense, expressing their deep sorrow at the passing of Comrade Le Quang Don, acknowledging his contributions to the province's development, and extending their deepest condolences to his family, hoping they will soon overcome their grief and loss.
