The highlight is that the system of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations in the province has consolidated and strengthened the great national unity bloc through propaganda and mobilization of the people to respond to campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, especially the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". The system of fronts in the area has had many creative and practical ways to promote the role of the people as the subject and linked with the interests of the people.

Mr. Dao Xuan Thuy, Vice Chairman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Dong Kinh Ward, said: During the implementation of the above campaign, the team of front officials, unions of the ward and members of the front working committee in residential areas were always close to the people, persistently propagating and explaining according to the motto "slow and steady wins the race" so that people could understand and agree to respond to the implementation of the contents, with many projects and tasks being deployed. From 2024 to now, people in the ward have donated over 630m² of land, contributed over 1.4 billion VND, more than 2,000 working days to contribute to building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, of which 19 alley roads have been concreted, with a total length of over 2,400m. In addition, the Ward Fatherland Front Committee launched 2 special emulation campaigns "Raising piggy banks to save", collecting more than 420 million VND in support, along with other socialized sources, the whole ward has built 22 traffic works, cultural houses, demolished temporary houses, built gymnasiums and sports grounds in residential areas... Through this, it has contributed to changing the local appearance, improving all aspects of people's lives.

Delegates gave gifts to people at the inauguration and handover ceremony of the project to remove temporary and dilapidated houses in Na Duong commune.

Not only the Dong Kinh Ward Fatherland Front Committee, but also the Fatherland Front at grassroots levels in the whole province have synchronously deployed the above campaign to residential areas, with many solutions suitable to the locality, bringing practical results.

According to statistics of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, in the past 2 years, the Fatherland Front system in the province has mobilized the people to donate over 188,400 m² of land to build public works, including the total concrete of 10,000 m of rural roads; planted over 40,000 trees and maintained over 1,000 self-management models on security and order, environmental protection... Thereby contributing to achieving the goal of building new rural areas in the area. During the implementation process, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province also organized to collect opinions on people's satisfaction with the results of building new rural areas, affirming the role of the subject, demonstrating the consensus of the people, contributing to ensuring the program's substance.

The great solidarity of the people is also demonstrated through the implementation and response to relief activities, social security, and mutual assistance in the community, especially through the program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the past time. Implementing this program, from 2024 to now, the whole province has mobilized over 238 billion VND, 15 billion VND worth of goods and tens of thousands of working days, machinery and equipment from the people. Up to now, the area has completed and put into use 7,041 houses for beneficiary families (program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses), reaching 100% of the target. Of which, 951 new houses have been completed in the form of "turnkey", worth 110 million VND/house. Comrade Nguyen Hoang Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, said: The results achieved in the program have demonstrated the strength of solidarity, the determination of the entire political system and the consensus of all classes of people inside and outside the province, thereby helping people, especially those in difficult circumstances, to have safe housing and gradually improve their lives.

Mr. Ha Van Truong, Xa Dan village, Van Linh commune shared: My family is a near-poor household, previously living in a dilapidated wooden house, due to circumstances, the family did not have the conditions to rebuild. In May 2025, with the support of the State under the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, my family decided to find additional funds to rebuild the house, with an area of 80m². During the process of building the house, the Fatherland Front Committee and the commune's mass organizations, and the village's front work committee paid attention to mobilizing labor days to support the speeding up of the progress. Up to now, the project has been completed, helping the family live in peace.

In addition, the Fatherland Front system in the province pays attention to listening to the thoughts and aspirations of the people, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people, with many forms of implementation such as: through conferences between elected representatives and voters, social supervision and criticism; suggestion boxes "Listening to people's opinions, participating in Party and government building" with QR codes; or through the application "Xu Lang Digital Front"... Of which, up to now, the whole province has deployed 116 mailboxes, synthesizing 37 comments and suggestions from all walks of life, the Fatherland Front has promptly transferred them to all levels to resolve and monitor the response to people's reflections and suggestions.

With many forms and activities, the Fatherland Front system in the province has contributed to consolidating people's trust in the Party and State, and strengthening the great national unity bloc in the province.
