The event is part of the Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 series, taking place from December 5-7. Inspired by the joyous occasions of the Nguyen Dynasty with its processions, offerings, and auspicious symbols, the program aims to evoke the image of the procession of officials, family members, and the bride and groom from the past.

On the afternoon of December 7th, the "Hundred Flowers of Joyful Events" took place in the pedestrian area around Hoan Kiem Lake. The program was part of the Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 series of events. Inspired by the joyous events of the Nguyen Dynasty with their processions, offerings, and auspicious symbols, the program aimed to evoke the image of processions of officials, family members, and the bride and groom from the past.

The procession started at 3:00 PM from Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, proceeded along Hang Dau Street, the intersection of Trang Tien and Hang Khay streets, circled around Hoan Kiem Lake, and then returned to the starting point at the main stage of the festival.

Ms. Thu Tra (Cau Giay, Hanoi) shared: “I found it very interesting to immerse myself in a space recreating traditional rituals right in the heart of Hanoi. The meticulously recreated processions, costumes, and auspicious symbols made me feel like I was seeing a part of the cultural memories of my ancestors. At the same time, I felt more optimistic about life and appreciated my current happiness.”

“I feel that the activities in the ‘Happy Vietnam Day’ event series are very meaningful. They help me learn about my homeland’s traditions and provide many interesting experiences while walking along the lake to visit and explore,” said Duc Thang (Dong Da, Hanoi).
