After three weeks of launching, the program has received attention and support from leaders at all levels, benefactors at the Corporation, Companies, partner units, as well as all employees of the Company, with a total donation of VND 226,350,000.
On February 5, 2026, the Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai, in coordination with the Trade Union of PTSC Quang Ngai, organized the "18th Annual Charity Red Envelope Program – 2026" at the PTSC Dung Quat Mechanical Plant in Van Tuong commune, Quang Ngai province. The program was attended by leaders of PTSC Quang Ngai and representatives from various organizations in Van Tuong commune. Speaking at the event, Comrade Vo Thanh Dat – Secretary of the Van Tuong Commune Youth Union – acknowledged and highly appreciated the practical contributions of PTSC Quang Ngai to social welfare work, and expressed his gratitude for the company and its organizations' continued support and cooperation with the local community in caring for the people's lives, especially during the traditional Tet holiday.

The organizing committee distributed nearly 100 gifts, each including a lucky money envelope worth VND 1,000,000 and essential supplies, through the "Zero-Cost Booth" to employees in difficult circumstances at the PTSC Dung Quat Mechanical Plant, PTSC Dung Quat Port, projects/orders at the Dung Quat Oil Refinery, the PK85 Project, the Crude Oil Tank Project, and 51 households in Van Tuong commune living around the PTSC Dung Quat Mechanical Plant. Simultaneously, the program also visited and presented gifts to employees at the Long Thanh Project Management Board and the Long Phu Thermal Power Project Management Board, as well as those who have unfortunately faced difficulties in recent years.

- In addition to traditional programs, from the "Charitable Red Envelope" fund, the Youth Union of PTSC Quang Ngai continues to coordinate and implement many social welfare programs during the Lunar New Year, specifically as follows:
Free medical check-ups, health consultations, medication distribution, and a "Zero-Cost Market" for over 600 households in Van Tuong commune, Quang Ngai province, were organized in collaboration with the Petroleum Department and Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company. - Presenting gifts to underprivileged students at Thu Xa High School, Tu Nghia commune, Quang Ngai province.
- The "Spring of Love" program is a collaboration with the Van Tuong Commune Police, PVSM, BSPPT, and Tien Vien Company.
- The "Journey to Red Addresses" program, Winter Volunteer - Spring of Love 2026, is a collaboration with the Nghia Lo Ward Youth Union and the Vietcombank Quang Ngai branches, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Political School, and Le Khiet School.
Having been maintained and developed for 18 years, the "Humanitarian Red Envelope" program has become a traditional activity with profound social significance, demonstrating social responsibility and spreading the "Humanitarian" identity of PTSC Quang Ngai to the community.
