By the end of 2025, the VietinBank Youth Union had achieved outstanding results:
- Undertook and completed 258 youth projects at various levels , directly contributing to business efficiency, management, and operation.
- Pioneering in digital transformation with over 10,000 innovative ideas participating in the "VietinBank AI Workup" competition, applying AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning to business operations; implementing campaigns such as Shop365 and Quick Win, promoting digital account opening, cashless payments, and advertising VietinBank iPay and VietinBank eFAST...
- A highlight is the model Youth Transaction Office - Thap Muoi Transaction Office (VietinBank Branch 6, Ho Chi Minh City), recognized by the Government Youth Union, becoming a symbol of enhancing customer experience (CX) and a modern working environment.
- Actively participate in providing feedback, drafting documents, organizing and managing logistics, organizing the welcoming cultural program, contributing to the overall success of the 11th Congress of the VietinBank Party Committee; and successfully organizing the 5th Congress of the VietinBank Youth Union, term 2025 - 2030.
- Implementing over 1,000 volunteer and social welfare activities with a total value exceeding 15 billion VND , notably: the 14th annual "Soup of Love" program (providing 128,500 servings of soup to patients at the National Children's Hospital), the system-wide blood donation day collecting nearly 4,000 units of blood , supporting the construction of over 60 charitable houses, 5 children's playgrounds, planting 12,000 new trees, and assisting people in disaster-stricken areas... These activities contribute to strongly spreading the cultural values of Empathy, Dedication, and Responsibility of VietinBank employees to the community.

Ready to unleash the power of youth
Looking ahead to 2026, the VietinBank Youth Union aims to continue leveraging the energy, intellect, and dedication of its young members to support VietinBank in maintaining sustainable growth, achieving breakthroughs in digital transformation, and spreading corporate culture.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Bui Hoang Tung - Member of the Government Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Youth Union, Secretary of the Government Youth Union - acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results of the VietinBank Youth Union, especially the model Youth Transaction Offices and the Charity Porridge Program.
The comrade suggested that the VietinBank Youth Union should focus on the following key tasks in 2026: (i) Organizing traditional education activities; (ii) Promoting the movement of VietinBank youth competing to excellently complete business tasks; (iii) Developing outstanding young people who are intellectually excellent, physically superior, and rich in cultural identity; (iv) Focusing on nurturing and recommending outstanding union members for the Party to consider for admission.
Delivering a keynote address at the Conference, Comrade Ly Thanh Thao - Standing Deputy Secretary of the VietinBank Party Committee - emphasized: The business results achieved by VietinBank in 2025 are significantly contributed by the youth union members.
The VietinBank Youth Union needs to closely follow the policies and directions of the Party Committee, the VietinBank Leadership Board, and the Standing Committee of the Government Youth Union to continue implementing comprehensive and synchronized solutions to link Youth Union activities with the performance of political tasks and professional work, in order to accompany VietinBank in maintaining stable operations, promoting sustainable growth, breakthroughs in the digital transformation revolution, and spreading corporate culture.
Overview of the Conference
On behalf of the VietinBank Youth Union, Secretary Thi Kieu Huong respectfully thanked comrades Bui Hoang Tung and Ly Thanh Thao for their guidance; and affirmed that the VietinBank Youth Union will seriously absorb and promote the spirit of solidarity of the Executive Committee and all union members and young people to successfully achieve the goals in 2026 and the 2025-2030 term.
With the motto "Aspiration - Dedication, Pioneering - Innovation, Unity - Development," the youth of VietinBank are ready to turn challenges into opportunities, contributing to making VietinBank a leader in the new era.
At the Conference, a ceremony was held to present the "For the Young Generation" Commemorative Medal - the highest award of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union - to comrades who have made outstanding contributions to the training, nurturing, and education of the young generation, along with other commendations from the Government Youth Union.
