
On the morning of November 12, within the framework of the journey "Towards the roots of the Revolution", a delegation of propaganda - mass mobilization and press officers from Ho Chi Minh City visited and gave gifts to policy families and households in difficult circumstances in Phu Dinh commune, Thai Nguyen province.
Also attending the program were Mr. Pham Quy Trong, Deputy Head of Department 3 of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Mr. Duong Anh Duc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Mr. Tran Trong Dung, Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association in charge of the South.
The working delegation was led by Mr. Le Van Minh, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and Mr. Tang Huu Phong, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
The program was also attended by representatives of the leaders of the department, specialized departments and the Office of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Thai Nguyen province; the Standing Committee of the Phu Dinh Commune Party Committee; reporters from press agencies inside and outside the province, and 31 policy households and households in difficult circumstances who received gifts in the program.
In Phu Dinh commune - a land rich in revolutionary tradition, the delegation presented 31 gifts to policy families and poor households.
The gifts carry the feelings and sharing of the propaganda, mass mobilization and press teams of Ho Chi Minh City sent to the people of the revolutionary base area.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Mr. Tang Huu Phong said that this is an activity with deep gratitude and sharing meaning in the journey "Towards the roots of the Revolution".
"The delegation visited and shared with the localities, giving small gifts but containing precious sentiments from the press agencies of Ho Chi Minh City. We respectfully send to the people, uncles, aunts, brothers and sisters these gifts as a word of gratitude and encouragement," said Mr. Phong.

Local representative, Ms. Dao Thi Thanh Tuyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of Phu Dinh Commune Party Committee, expressed her appreciation for the sentiments of the working delegation.
"Thank you for the precious sentiments of the Ho Chi Minh City delegation. This is a meaningful source of encouragement, helping people to be more confident in moving forward in life," Ms. Tuyen shared.
As one of the households receiving gifts, Mrs. Ma Thi Ban (67 years old, Phu Dinh commune) emotionally said that she was very happy when the delegation visited, gave gifts and asked about the people's lives.
"I am very happy, thank you for not forgetting the people in remote areas like us. This gift helps me feel warm and makes me try harder every day," said Ms. Ban.
The gift-giving activity was the highlight of the second day of the journey, demonstrating the spirit of "returning to the source" not only through remembrance but also through practical actions, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual love and social responsibility of journalists.
