On the morning of December 7, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law organized the second "ULaw Career Day" in 2025 and the career experience program "One Day as a Ulawer - One day as a law student" in parallel.
Internship is for real
With the "ULaw Career Day" program, this is an important stepping stone to help students access the labor market. The event brings together reputable recruitment units from state agencies to law firms and multi-industry enterprises.

At the fair, students will have the opportunity to "practice" through direct interview rounds, 1:1 consulting area, tips on optimizing their portfolio and open Q&A sessions to help students grasp the company culture and actual recruitment criteria.
A representative of Tilleke & Gibbins Law Firm LLC said that the company's allowance for interns (full-time) is higher than the regional minimum wage.
"The company does not need to recruit interns to "serve tea or make drinks". When doing an internship, you must learn and understand the job, do it for real, not just sit in one place and observe," said a company representative.
The 2025 survey of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law recorded a clear improvement in the income of new graduates. Specifically, 77.6% of students have an average income of 10 million to less than 20 million VND/month (a sharp increase of 33.6% compared to the 2024 survey); 9.3% of students have an income of 20 million VND or more.

In order to support high school students, especially seniors, in preparing for the 2026 entrance exam, the "One day as a Ulawer" program offers the opportunity to experience a day as a real university student.
Associate Professor Dr. Tran Viet Dung, Vice Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, said this is an annual activity demonstrating the school's social responsibility in helping students choose the right major and career that suits their abilities and social needs.
