Lang Son small and medium enterprises participate in training conference, guiding procedures on business registration

Implementing Plan No. 211/KH/STC dated November 14, 2025 on organizing a training conference, guiding procedures on business registration for small and medium enterprises; guiding and supporting procedures for business households to switch to operating under the enterprise model. The Department of Finance chaired and coordinated with the Department of Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development - Ministry of Finance to organize the Conference. At the Conference, representatives of the Department of Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development, Ministry of Finance introduced the legal framework on business registration including the Enterprise Law 2020, 2025, Decree No. 168/2025/ND-CP, procedures, documents, and procedures for business registration according to current regulations.

Overview of the conference

In recent years, Lang Son province has drastically implemented many solutions to improve the investment and business environment and enhance the province's competitiveness. With the close direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities have made efforts to innovate management methods, promote administrative reforms, especially in areas directly related to the activities of people and businesses. In particular, business registration - enterprise registration is one of the key contents, having a direct impact on the formation, development and market access of the business sector in the province. Therefore, the Department of Finance of Lang Son province coordinated with relevant agencies to organize a training conference to provide detailed and specific guidance on legal regulations on business registration, procedures related to the process of operation, change, suspension and dissolution.

Representatives of the Department of Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development introduced the process of registering businesses online, procedures such as logging into the system via VneID, creating profiles, entering information and tracking the status of profile processing. Small and medium-sized enterprises were also guided visually and practiced directly at the conference. At the conference, questions related to the legality of enterprises, difficulties in the process of preparing profiles, declaring information, and performing procedures through the electronic environment in the period after the implementation of the 2-level local government were also answered. The conference contributed to improving publicity and transparency, creating an open and favorable business environment to attract investment, promoting the socio-economic development of the province.
