Enterprises give away free tax declaration solution set, supporting 5 million business households

(Chinhphu.vn) - The program "Free full set of tax declaration conversion solutions" announced by Sapo on November 11 is becoming a big push to help business households nationwide convert to the declaration model before the tax abolition date of January 1, 2026, with a commitment to accompany 5 million business households.

Mr. Mai Son - Deputy Director of the Tax Department, Ministry of Finance said, according to the latest statistics, 98% of business households have declared and paid taxes electronically, more than 18,500 households have switched from lump-sum tax to declaration, and 133,000 households have registered to use electronic invoices from cash registers.

"Currently, the tax authority is perfecting the new legal framework based on three key points: amending the Law on Tax Administration and related documents, developing a separate management policy for business households, and developing a simple accounting regime associated with digital technology - towards a modern and taxpayer-centered tax system. Along with that, the accompaniment of technology enterprises like Sapo is considered key in bringing policies into life, ensuring the transformation process takes place effectively and sustainably," said Deputy Director Mai Son.

Enterprises stand side by side with business households

At the activation program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Khue - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sapo Technology Joint Stock Company said that in response to the 60 peak days of transformation of the Tax industry, Sapo officially introduced the free solution set Sapo 6870, including: Sales management, electronic invoice issuance, automatic tax declaration on mobile phones.

In particular, this business offers 24 months of free software use, 2,000 electronic invoices and 3 months of digital signature use for businesses participating in the program.

"This is not only a technology support program, but also Sapo's social commitment, helping businesses enter the digital transformation journey simply, effectively and sustainably," Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Khue emphasized.

In addition, for large-scale households or those transitioning to businesses, Sapo also provides free support for Sapo Accounting software, helping households comply with regulations on invoices, documents and accounting books.

At the same time, Sapo is deploying a network of more than 1,000 experts and partners nationwide, coordinating with local tax offices to guide business households step by step in the process of registration, invoice issuance and tax declaration in accordance with regulations.

AI chatbot is integrated in the software, trained according to the latest legal documents, acting as a "24/7 consultant", accompanying businesses anytime, anywhere.

Meanwhile, in addition to direct activities in the area, Sapo also launched the "Tax Station and Electronic Invoice" website, coordinating with experts, tax agents and local tax officials to organize a series of seminars, discussions and livestream instructions.
