Over the years, the strong development of the Vietnamese economy has opened up potential opportunities for Vietnamese businesses in Poland to play a bridging role between the two leading economies in the region. Some Vietnamese businesses have established reputable wholesale and retail trade zones in Poland, developing online distribution channels for branded clothing, footwear, and food products. However, most businesses still rely on a family-run management model and have not proactively adopted digital transformation technologies in management and business to enhance their operations. Recognizing their role as an integral part of the Polish economy, Vietnamese businesses need to develop long-term strategies to build their brands and establish their position. This was also a key topic of great interest and focus for delegates when developing the action plan for the Executive Committee of the Association for the fifth term (2025-2028).

Commercial attaché speaks at the Congress
Businesses have expressed enthusiasm and optimism regarding the administrative reforms and economic development plans being launched by the Party and the State, and believe that the 14th Party Congress will set forth groundbreaking policies to lead the country into a new stage of development, opening up more opportunities for businesses to connect with the domestic economy.
To enhance the capacity and standing of Vietnamese businesses in Poland, the Association has proposed several key solutions. Existing businesses will promote digital transformation and adopt standardized financial management processes. Attention will be given to supporting start-ups by young members of the community, especially in technology sectors. The Association will act as a forum connecting start-up projects with investors. At the conference, several large businesses enthusiastically responded, expressing their willingness to cooperate and invest in projects by young start-ups. Businesses also discussed solutions to reform the currently dominant family-owned business model towards more open management models to mobilize capital and human resources from society.

The Executive Committee of the Vietnamese Business Association in Poland for the fifth term has been introduced.
