In the morning, the delegation of Ca Mau and the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Southern region visited the Exhibition “80 years of achievements of the country” . The exhibition not only recreated the development journey of Vietnam but also emphasized the mark of the private enterprise sector in many economic and social fields.

In the afternoon, the forum entered the Ministerial Dialogue Session with the participation of experts, policymakers and leading business leaders. Key contents included: institutional reform, technology application, enhancing competitiveness and developing internal resources in the context of international integration. Multidimensional perspectives contributed to shaping practical policies, meeting the needs of the private business community.

Speaking at the forum, Ms. Tran Ngoc Loan, Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VSMEs), Vice President of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of Ca Mau Province, General Director of NICE TOURIST Travel Services & Air Tickets Company Limited, emphasized the key role of science and technology in improving competitiveness and sustainable development. According to her, for small and medium enterprises, which account for a large proportion in the private sector, applying technology is the key to increasing productivity, reducing costs, expanding the market and improving position.

However, Ms. Loan also frankly acknowledged the barriers that local businesses, especially in Ca Mau, are facing such as limitations in capital, human resources and access to new technology. From that reality, the representative of the Ca Mau Entrepreneurs Association proposed a number of specific solutions: there should be a financial support mechanism through the innovation fund; strengthen the connection between businesses - universities - government; promote technology skills training for young entrepreneurs; and at the same time encourage the application of green, environmentally friendly technology to meet the orientation of sustainable development.

“The Ca Mau Young Entrepreneurs Association is committed to continuing to be a bridge and accompany the business community in the process of digital transformation and application of science and technology. With the support of the State, associations and the courage of entrepreneurs, the private economic sector will certainly grow strongly in the digital age,” Ms. Loan affirmed.

The Vietnam Private Economic Forum 2025 is considered an important space for policy dialogue, and at the same time an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to demonstrate their pioneering role in innovation, contributing to the comprehensive and sustainable development of the Vietnamese economy.
