Not only effectively running businesses with revenue of hundreds of billions of VND each year, Mr. Vu Hong Quan also spreads the spirit of sharing, accompanying young people in starting businesses, establishing careers, and building a movement of young entrepreneurs attached to their homeland.

Spreading social responsibility
In recent years, our province has developed rapidly, with infrastructure and socio -economic development increasingly improving. However, this development is still not truly even; there are still many poor families, many young people and students who need more support to have the conditions to rise up.
That makes me believe that success is not only measured by profit or revenue, but also by what the business and I can do to make the community better.
I consider social security a responsibility that is closely linked to sustainable development. Each program to support poor households, each house of gratitude given, or each scholarship given to students… not only has material significance but also contributes to building a more humane future.

As a member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, a member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Federation of the province, President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association, I mobilized more than 9 billion VND for social security programs, built 20 charity houses, 3 children's playgrounds, 2 km of rural concrete roads, supported the funds "For the poor", "Repaying gratitude", supported the work of preventing the Covid-19 epidemic, organized the programs "Warm winter in the highlands", "Journey of gratitude", "Warm Tet for young workers"...
In addition, my company also sponsors accommodation and education for 8 orphans until they are 18 years old, and cooperates with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Youth Union, and Provincial Red Cross in many other social security programs. For me, investing in children is investing in the future.

Accompanying young entrepreneurs

I returned to my homeland in 2014 as a responsible choice for a young person. Starting from taking over a traditional business in the field of construction materials, the path of development gradually expanded to many different industries, from services, infrastructure to international cooperation.
An important highlight in that journey is the orientation of science and technology as a pillar of development. Applied research based on fluorescence technology combined with artificial intelligence has been invested in commercialization, forming a rapid testing platform that can be deployed in many essential fields: food safety, water resources, agriculture, health and environment.
In recent times, activities to support young entrepreneurs have been implemented in a variety of ways, associated with each stage of development of the local startup movement. The Association has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Vietnam Student Association of the province, Quy Nhon University, FPT University Quy Nhon and a number of other training institutions to create a direct connection channel between students, young people and the business community.
From that foundation, many mentor-mentee programs have been organized, mobilizing young entrepreneurs to act as professional consultants, supporting start-up projects in orientation, capital access and business model completion.
Dozens of youth projects have been incubated, and many student groups have been supported in raising capital and accessing the market. Business visits and practical exchanges are held annually, helping young entrepreneurs understand how to operate, manage human resources, and control costs in various types of production and service trade.
