Quang Nam tourism revenue reached 930 billion VND in May

Of the 665 thousand visitors and stayers: the number of international visitors is estimated at 430 thousand (up 14% over the same period); domestic visitors are estimated at 235 thousand (down 13% over the same period).

In the first 5 months of 2024, the total number of visitors and tourists staying in Quang Nam is estimated at 3.1 million (up 7% over the same period), of which both international and domestic visitors increased over the same period.

Revenue from tourism and accommodation in the first 5 months of the year is estimated at 3,470 billion VND (up 8% over the same period). Social income from tourism is estimated at 8,155 billion VND.

In May, other service activities were stable and achieved a good growth rate (up 1.5% compared to the previous month and up 21.6% compared to the same period); at the same time, there was a steady increase in most service groups except for arts, entertainment and recreation services, down 2.6% compared to the previous month due to lower demand compared to the previous month.
