“The Da Nang Flavors Festival” is not just a simple parade but is designed as a vibrant cultural experience, bringing the image of street vendors, familiar calls, and the everyday life of people in Central Vietnam into a modern festival setting.
In the sunset setting by My Khe beach, more than 70 street vendors will move along the sand, weaving through the crowds with familiar calls, recreating the rustic memories associated with the lives of many generations of people in Quang Nam province.

The highlight of the program lies in the combination of an art parade and an interactive outdoor culinary experience – a relatively new model at tourism and food festivals in Vietnam today.
The festival space is therefore not only a place to enjoy delicious food but also a place where locals and tourists can clearly feel the pulse of local life through the sounds, images, and rhythm of the seaside town.
The program brings together many unique themed groups such as: Group of Memories, Group of Homeland Flavors, Group of City and Seaside, Group of Green Mountains, Group of Three Regions, Group of Five Continents, Group of Refreshing and Sweetness, Group of Bringing Home…
From Quang noodles, cao lau, banh xeo, seafood, and specialties from the mountains and forests of Quang Nam province to Japanese sushi, Mexican tacos, and Italian pizza, each "flavor platter" offers a unique cultural slice, contributing to the fusion of local and regional Vietnamese cuisine with the finest international culinary traditions.

Besides the street vendors on the beach, the program also features a parade of cyclo rickshaws through many of Da Nang's coastal tourist streets. The cyclo rickshaws, decorated with food stalls and combined with the distinctive calls and sounds of the vendors, create a unique "cultural flow" amidst the modern seaside city.
Through the "Da Nang Flavors" food parade, the city aims to honor the culinary culture of Quang Nam province in a way that is accessible, creative, and rich in experiences; while also continuing to promote Da Nang as an attractive destination for festivals, events, and cuisine in the region.

According to the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Da Nang Food Tour 2026 is an annual city-wide cultural, tourism, and culinary event, taking place from May 20-24 at the East Sea Park, Tam Thanh Beach Square, and many other locations throughout the city.

With its diverse, creative, and highly interactive activities, the festival is expected to continue making a distinctive mark on Da Nang tourism, contributing to affirming the image of a dynamic and creative coastal city on the regional festival and culinary map.
