Urging progress of 2 key traffic projects in the Southeast of Lam Dong

On Z30D construction site this morning — Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh directed the Z30A road construction project on the morning of December 2.

The project to upgrade and expand Road Z30A, Tra Tan commune has a length of 8km, roadbed width of 14m, road surface width of 13m, and sidewalks on each side of 0.5m wide. The total investment capital is 69.9 billion VND, invested by the Duc Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, from the provincial budget.

The project implementation period is 3 years. The construction contractor is Quan Trung Trading and Production Company Limited. The project started construction on December 27, 2024 and was extended to December 31, 2025, and is currently applying for an extension.

As of December 2, 2025, the project still has 7 households with land clearance problems, of which 4 households are stuck with fences. The Duc Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board is coordinating with the People's Committee of Tra Tan Commune to speed up the progress of mobilizing land clearance for households stuck with gates and fences.

Construction of Z30D route — Construction of Z30A route

Through reports and field inspections, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh directed to urgently complete site clearance for the upgraded and expanded Z30A road, Tra Tan Commune People's Committee coordinated with the investor, the Duc Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The N26 route project has a starting point connecting with Provincial Road 720, and an ending point connecting with the road to Dong Me village (Tanh Linh commune). The route length is 1.215km, the roadway width is 15m, the sidewalk width on each side is 6m, and the median strip width is 4m.

The project consists of two bridges: Suoi Cat Bridge, 45.37m long, and Suoi Lao Bridge, 17.4m long. The total investment is more than 156 billion VND, supported by the central budget.

Vice Chairman of Tanh Linh Commune People's Committee Nguyen Minh Dung said that the Commune People's Committee has completed land prices to carry out compensation work, carry out site clearance for some remaining households and support people to resettle as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Tanh Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the project has disbursed 141/156 billion VND, reaching 90.3% of the plan.

Through the actual inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh requested the People's Committee of Tanh Linh commune to complete site clearance for the entire route before December 20.
