Farmers' Associations at all levels in the province have focused on implementing breakthrough and innovative tasks assigned by the Party Committee, such as: building branches, professional farmer associations, cooperatives, savings and loan groups, clubs; eliminating poverty and eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for farmers' association members; implementing the movement "Tuyen Quang joins hands to treat waste and fight plastic waste", building a model of "Clean fields, clean production"; "Classifying and treating organic waste and agricultural waste into fertilizer at the source"; building 03 sanitation facilities for farmers' association members, focusing on communes building new rural areas...

Last July, the family of Mr. Quan Van Mach, a farmer in Nong Tien 1 village, Trung Ha commune (Chiem Hoa) happily received a "Farmer's Warm Home" house supported by the District Farmers' Association to build. Mr. Tran Van Tu, Chairman of the Chiem Hoa District Farmers' Association, said that this is the second house supported by the District Farmers' Association to build in 2024.

Leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association and representatives of Cooperatives in the province visited products at the store of Binh Minh Organic Agricultural Products Cooperative.

In addition to financial support (50 million VND/household), during the process of building houses for members, the District Farmers' Association mobilized cadres and members to support labor days for digging foundations, transporting construction materials, etc. to help poor farmer families complete their new houses. Holding back his emotions, Mr. Quan Van Mach, Nong Tien 1 village, Trung Ha commune shared, it is unbelievable that my family has such a spacious house. With the support of the Association at all levels, my family borrowed money from relatives to build the house. After building the new house, I can focus on developing the economy and escaping poverty.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien, Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Yen Son District, said: With the common goal of gathering members of the same labor and occupation fields into branches and professional associations towards establishing cooperatives to build a value chain linkage model, contributing to sustainable agricultural development. After 3 years, the whole district has nearly 40 branches and professional farmer associations established according to the "5 together" criteria.

The goal in 2024 is to establish 15-20 professional farmer branches and groups with quality and scale in the whole district. The District Farmers' Association will continue to support the establishment of new and effective professional farmer branches and groups, suitable to the needs and aspirations of members and the actual conditions of each locality.

Concretizing the province's resolutions, programs and plans with specific actions, Farmers' Associations at all levels in the province have been promoting the role of the Association, gradually improving the material and spiritual life of members, actively contributing to the effective implementation of local socio-economic development programs.

Diversify the forms of gathering

The Association at all levels regularly focuses on consolidating and building a strong association in terms of politics , ideology and organization; enhancing solutions to improve the quality of Association activities and the quality of members. Focusing on innovating the content and form of activities to suit reality, meeting the legitimate requirements and aspirations of members; enhancing thematic and topical activities, applying information technology to promptly disseminate to cadres and members.

Since the beginning of the year, the Association at all levels has organized propaganda for nearly 468,000 cadres, members, and farmers about the Party's Directives and Resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and issues related to members and farmers; coordinated the organization of 9 Talented Farmers programs; posted and shared over 2,000 news and propaganda articles on the Provincial Farmers' Association's website, social networks, etc.

Leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association and the City Farmers' Association participated in activities with the people in Kim Phu commune.

The innovation of content and methods of operation in a practical and effective manner, associated with promoting the representative role, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members and farmers. The Association's bases have expanded their mobilization of members to include directors of cooperatives, agricultural entrepreneurs, scientists, students, and young intellectuals who are children of farmers. Since the beginning of the year, the province has admitted over 2,200 members, bringing the total number of members in the province to over 116,200.

Comrade Dao Thi Mai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, said: To gather and attract farmers to participate in the Association, all levels of the Association promote propaganda and political and ideological education for cadres, members and farmers to fully understand the position and role of the Association. Focus on building a team of cadres working for the Association who are solid in expertise and dedicated to the Association's activities and the farmers' movement.

Accordingly, the staff of the association at all levels is regularly supplemented and strengthened in a timely manner, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. In the first 9 months of the year, the grassroots Farmers' Association has strengthened 74 comrades, including 5 Chairmen, 5 Vice Chairmen, 49 branch heads, and 15 branch vice heads. In addition, members of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Farmers' Association at all levels regularly meet and contact farmers through attending branch activities and participating in activities with people at the grassroots level. Since the beginning of the year, members of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Farmers' Association at all levels have participated in over 2,000 branch activities; cadres of the Farmers' Association at all levels have participated in activities with people at the grassroots level nearly 2,000 times.

With the spirit of “Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Cooperation - Development”, Farmers’ Associations at all levels in the province continue to synchronously implement many solutions to build a strong Farmers’ Association, arouse aspirations, promote the role of the subject and center of farmers in agricultural development, rural economy, and new rural construction. Innovate the content and methods of association activities and farmers’ movements; improve the quality of association officials at all levels with sufficient qualities, capacity, prestige and qualifications, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The Association at all levels focuses on consolidating and improving the quality of activities of branches and groups; innovating the content and form of activities in a practical and effective manner. Promoting and improving the effectiveness of activities of branches and groups of professional farmers in association with building cooperatives and agricultural cooperatives to improve the capacity of members and farmers in production and business, gradually building a new generation of farmers.

Diversify the forms of gathering, attracting and recruiting members. Expand the target group of members, focus on propaganda and mobilization to recruit members who are cooperative directors and farm owners operating in the agricultural sector in order to gradually intellectualize farmers... contributing to building and developing the Farmers' Association to become increasingly stronger.
