Innovation in propaganda work

The legal education and dissemination work of Brigade 239 (Engineering Corps) has been reformed to incorporate digital technology, making it more accessible, lively, and interactive. Activities such as donating keychains with QR codes, directly guiding people on practical skills, or coordinating the dissemination of legal information through skits, stage performances, dramatizations, folk songs, and Q&A sessions always attract a large number of students and citizens.

Regulations regarding military service, traffic safety, and law compliance are no longer dry and rigid but become easy to remember and understand; thereby contributing to spreading the spirit of "living and working according to the Constitution and laws," and at the same time strengthening the solidarity between the military and the people in the area.

Officers from Brigade 239 presented "Legal Keychains" - an innovative model from the unit - to Bac Son Primary and Secondary School in Nat Son commune, Phu Tho province (December 2025).

Soldiers from Brigade 239 distributed leaflets promoting the Military Service Law and instructed residents on how to use the "Legal Keychain" in Khe Goi residential area (Tam Diep ward, Ninh Binh province).

Brigade 239, in coordination with other units and localities, will conduct legal awareness and dissemination through theatrical performances in Nat Son commune, Phu Tho province (July 2025).
